My grandmother got sick and died from Alzheimer. Oblivion is the main topic I am going to address. All the images that compose this work from the first room are photographs of my face (always the same, -in present-). In addition, I have added masks, hoods, opaque and sometimes translucent, to each one of these photographs, individualizing them. But the peculiarity is that, these remains of material, are made with objects and things belonging to my past, my life and daily routine from yesterday: bandages from my wounds, metal meshes from the windows of the studios in which I dwelled, writings, drawings, old texts, texts of my own and others that I found during my walks and my path, that is to say they compose my code and behaviour. Those hundreds of objects collected, jealously stored, helped me build a contemporary identity, because I am the present time and I am this moment. But, on the other hand, due to this image excessive multiplication, again and again and again, I observe a loss of vision, a decontextualization of my being at that moment, at that precise moment. Memory’s fragility as a fragmented identity fascinates and obsesses me. And that should be the stimulus. Despite it gets fragmented.

To this day, l´identità frammentata -Fragmentations from an identity- is still under construction with images from other beings.
